The American Shorthorn beef was locally sourced, produced, and processed, and is dry-aged, grain finished, and raised hormone-free.
Among the cuts available will be premium 1.5 inch filets, New York strips, and ribeye. There will also be a wide selection of steaks including sirloin, skirt, flank, and flat iron, as well as brisket, ground beef, and stew meat.
