Congratulations to store manager Sue Billesback and her team at the Fremont store – they are the Store of the Month for August!
Sue credits her knowledgeable and committed staff for the success at the Fremont store, where experienced members help new employees get to know the customers and learn the ropes.
The cashiers at Fremont not only know the regular customers by name, but they know what they like and often have things ready at the counter for them. “Customers come back to our store because of this, and they know they can get in and out quickly with what they need – and a pleasant, friendly experience,” Sue said.
The Fremont team will go to great lengths to take care of customers. It is not unusual to special order items that customers request. When the staff learned a regular customer was making a special trip to a different store for her items, they quickly ordered special for her and now stock what she needs…
Sue has been a manager at the Fremont store since 2014 and her team deserves to be recognized for their great work and dedication. They go above and beyond to help every customer. Congratulations Fremont Team!
